It hands over to your team. TIO answers from a knowledge base you maintain yourself – where that does not carry it any further, it passes the question on instead of guessing. The conversation lands in the club chat, where your team can reply directly.
Players pay during booking by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay – PayPal and Revolut Pay can be switched on. Payouts go to the club's account, and invoices with sequential numbering are generated automatically as PDFs.
There is no base fee. The booking system costs 2 % of the gross amount per booking, with no cost per court or per player – and an additional 2 % on tournament bookings when you run your tournaments with our integrated tournament tools. TIO and your own club app come as separate modules if you need them. All the numbers are on the pricing page.
To the gross revenue from booking fees, that is including VAT. Only bookings processed through booktivio count – revenue you take outside the system stays free of charge.
Tournament bookings carry an additional 2 % – 4 % all told – when you run your tournaments with our integrated tournament tools, with draws, live standings, cancellations and refunds included. A tournament you organise without them stays at the usual 2 %.
Yes, you can move up, move down or cancel at any time. Billing runs monthly, with no minimum term.
The fees charged by our payment provider Stripe are borne by the venue. They are separate from the share booktivio takes.
Yes, with graded roles: owner, manager, administration, coach and staff. You invite team members with a code. Bar staff can check memberships and redeem benefits without any administrative rights.
You set the cancellation window per club, and membership plans can extend it. Refunds go back to the player or become club credit – credit is used oldest-first and expires after 24 months, with a reminder beforehand.
No. Booking, cost splitting, open matches, events, chat and memberships can each be switched on and off separately. TIO is a module of its own as well – its free tier costs nothing, so you can leave it off or try it without committing. Start with bookings and add the rest when you need it.
Yes. Your logo and club name carry through the booking app, and players reach you on your own link – for your website, social media and QR codes. They see your club, not us.
Your data and your players' data is stored in Europe in a GDPR-compliant manner. We never sell data to third parties.
